HR Strategy  of Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, SUM is based on the analysis of the functioning of Medical University of Silesia in Katowice with the provisions of the "European Charter for Researchers " and " Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers " , in order to set the  directions of activities leading to the full implementation of the provisions of the Charter and Code in the internal politics of the University.
